Message	when u order from trusty sources like coz, u KNOW purchases be on itz way right away. BUT, when u're dealing with the Dept. of Eternal Waiting (aka DMV), they're not as prompt. i've ordered these in april and was able to pick them up today. pardon the exhaust fumez:
